Lightning Horse Electric LLC – Our Commitment to Quality & Your Peace of Mind
At Lightning Horse Electric LLC, we are dedicated to providing electrical services of the highest standard. We proudly stand behind the quality of our work and the materials we use with the following warranty:
1. Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee: Lightning Horse Electric LLC guarantees the quality of its workmanship for the lifetime of the original installation. Should our workmanship prove to be defective under normal conditions of use and service, we are committed to correcting the issue.
2. 12-Month Limited Warranty on Materials and Products: All materials and products supplied and installed by Lightning Horse Electric LLC are warranted against defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original installation. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of such materials or products if found to be defective.
3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: This warranty is provided to the original customer and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from: * Normal wear and tear. * Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. * Accidents, fire, flood, electrical surges not caused by our installation, other acts of God, or acts of terrorism. * Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than Lightning Horse Electric LLC. * Failure to adhere to operating instructions or use outside of designed parameters.
4. Warranty Claim Process and Execution: Lightning Horse Electric LLC is committed to a fair and timely resolution of all valid warranty claims. To initiate a warranty claim:
* **Notification:** Please contact Lightning Horse Electric LLC in writing (email or mail acceptable) as soon as a potential warranty issue is discovered. Provide your name, address, date of original service, and a detailed description of the concern.
* **Assessment:** Upon receiving your claim, a representative from Lightning Horse Electric LLC will review the details. We may need to schedule a site visit to inspect the installation and assess the nature of the issue. We will endeavor to conduct this assessment within a reasonable timeframe.
* **Determination:** Based on our assessment and the terms outlined in this warranty, Lightning Horse Electric LLC will determine the validity of the claim.
* **Remedy for Valid Claims:** If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Lightning Horse Electric LLC will, at its sole option and as the exclusive remedy, either:
* Repair the defective workmanship.
* Repair or replace the defective material or product with a new or refurbished part of equivalent function and quality.
Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period for the materials/products, though our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee remains in effect for the corrected workmanship.
